Well I sat & tackled a soaker. It turned out rather large for some reason. I think because of the wool I used as I did follow a pattern. But ah its not bad for a newbie at knitting.
I also got fluffy mail! A Wildchild Dreamy Night Nappy. Oh so soft Bamboo Velour. Its just yummy! Isla fell asleep the first time wearing it so its a good sign!

tha'ts fantastic Fee, that she fell ASLEEP in it, ha ha. I would expect being a night nappy, it will be bulky, so that should suit a large knitted soaker really well - perfect match?

which pattern did you end up using for the soaker?
did you use the same ply wool as the pattern suggested? or can things turn out a different size, EVEN IF you use the same number ply as pattern suggests?
